Non-destructive testing

We offer the highest level of services in the shortest time possible. To achieve this we have adequate resources, both in equipment and personnel. If such a need arises, we service our business partners seven days a week. Equally quickly we issue the reports from out test in a form corresponding to that requested by our clients. We perform out tests in accordance with Polish, European, ISO and ASME standards, Classification Societies rules, NORSOK requirements and any other specifications provided by our clients.

  • DYE PENETRANT INSPECTION

Dye penetrant inspection allows to detect surface defects on any kind of material and product. This method is used mostly for non-ferromagnetic materials, mainly alloy steels and aluminum alloys. The ... »

  • X-RAY EXAMINATION

Radiographic method allows the detection of inner volume defects (lack of penetration, porosity, scale) in all kinds of materials. Most often x-ray examination is used for materials such as steel, ... »

  • ULTRASONIC EXAMINATION

The ultrasonic method is mostly used to detect inconsistencies within metal welded joints, steel castings, molds from ductile cast iron, forgings, plastically altered goods such as: metal sheets, rods, double-T ... »

  • ULTRASONIC THICKNESS MEASUREMENTS

We offer ultrasonic thickness measurements of any construction. Ultrasonic thickness measurements are used mainly in construction maintenance tests. It allows to determine the loss of material thickness due to corrosion. ... »

  • MAGNETIC PARTICLE INSPECTION

The magnetic particle inspection allows to detect surface as well as subsurface (as deep as 2 mm beneath the surface) defects in ferromagnetic materials. It is the most widely used ... »

  • PHASED ARRAY AND TOFD EXAMINATION

The newest techniques in ultrasonic testing open new possibilities in detecting defects. Thanks to a simultaneous use of multi-transducer probes (PA) and the TOFD technique we increase traceability in comparison ... »

  • VISUAL EXAMINATION

A visual examination of welded joints is the basic way of controlling any kind of construction. As a definition the visual inspection is pinpointing and assessment of any incompatibilities appearing ... »

Summing up

We specialize in non-destructive testing of marine construction. Beginning with simple fishing units, pontoons, cargo vessels or bulk carriers and ending with specialized units for AHTS oil platform service (used in the North and Caspian Seas), research vessels, big passenger ferries and units used for the construction of offshore wind farms.

Moreover we have experience with constructions such as sport halls, stadiums, pressure tanks falling under the directive 97/23/WE and others: warehouses, drilling platforms, platforms equipment, offshore containers, port water-gates, transmission pipelines, installations for electrical and petrochemical industries, hydraulic actuators, etc.
